Product Service Owners

As a Product Service Owner at Firstsource Solutions, you will play a crucial role in assisting in the implementation of an effective risk management framework. Your responsibilities will include monitoring systems, databases, information, processes, or procedures to identify and escalate matters requiring attention to the appropriate area. You will work on projects and initiatives, assisting in the assessment and implementation of internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Additionally, you will coordinate the collection and compilation of data, provide reports, assist in report development, and analyze data. Your role will also involve providing guidance, support, and recommendations to Lines of Business and assisting in the implementation of Risk/Audit/Compliance initiatives. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or possess equivalent work experience, along with two to three years of applicable experience. Preferred skills and experience include a thorough knowledge of operations, products/services, systems, and risks/controls applicable to the assigned area. You should have a deep understanding of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends, coupled with well-developed analytical skills. The ability to research and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, strong PC skills (particularly in spreadsheet, databases, and presentations), and effective verbal and written communication skills are also essential for success in this position.
