The participant of this program would have access to professional development programs, mentoring assistance by a business leader, apart from the experience of working with people from different functions/technologies/culture. Location : Bangalore Responsibilities : Bachelors or Master s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering or a related technical field. Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in quality engineering, process improvement, or a similar role within an industrial or automotive context. Strong understanding of systems engineering, product development lifecycle, and agile methodologies. Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements will be added advantage. Experience in hardware/software integration, embedded systems, and connectivity solutions is highly desirable. Proven facilitation and training skills, with the ability to guide teams through process changes and quality initiatives. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse and cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset. Demonstrates an intrapreneurial mindset, embracing innovation and change.
