Product Portfolio Manager

Role Overview: As a Product Portfolio Manager at Siemens Energy, you will be responsible for managing the product portfolio lifecycle, profitability, monitoring, analysis, sales support, R&D collaboration, marketing plan development, and Design to Value approach. Your role will involve working closely with internal teams to drive accountability, execution, collaboration, and customer focus across Siemens Energy businesses. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the new products/system/service launch and life cycle, coordinating the product road map and defining recovery plans as necessary. - Ensure profitability and life cycle of one product/system/service line/group by setting pricing guidelines and market position. - Monitor inventory levels and sales volumes to fulfill customer orders, track product/system/service performance and trends, and analyze market evaluation. - Provide technical and commercial support for critical negotiations, technical clarifications, and portfolio identification. - Work with R&D to propose and evaluate product feasibility projects and roadmaps for new products/system/service and variants. - Collaborate with internal Marketing and Sales teams to define marketing plans and sales initiatives. - Apply Design to Value approach to simplify design, reduce costs, and optimize operational complexity. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in engineering. - Proven track record in managing product portfolios throughout their lifecycle in HV AIS (Live Tank & Dead Tank CB) & GIS products. - Experience in product development, market penetration, global collaboration, digital portfolio development, networking, and stakeholder management.
