Responsibilities: Stakeholder Management : Work closely with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to align project goals with business needs. Ensure Timely Delivery : Ensure daily, weekly and monthly activities are adhered to SLAs. System Design and Architecture: Ensure standard architecture and design principles of the BW solution on the HANA platform are followed. Any optimization scenarios are addressed to improve the system performance Integration with Other SAP/Non SAP Systems and optimize data models : Ensure seamless integrations with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM) and non-SAP systems to ensure data consistency across platforms leveraging optimized design models System Maintenance: Ensure that the SAP BW on HANA system remains up-to-date with the latest patches and updates, including database and application layer optimizations. Enhancement and Optimization: Continuously monitor the system and suggest improvements or enhancements, based on feedback and emerging business requirements. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with SAP functional consultants (e.g., SAP FI, SAP SD) and other technical teams (e.g., SAP Basis, SAP security) to ensure the successful integration of BW on HANA with other SAP solutions. Client Communication : Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet those needs. Evaluate New Features : Stay up-to-date with new SAP HANA and BW/4HANA features and innovations, and evaluate how they can improve the existing solution and ensure new data models are BW4H ready Configure Solution Requirements: You will support configuring solution requirements on data models; understand any issues,bugs, diagnose the root-cause of such issues, clarify then identify and shortlist solution alternatives Drive Best Practices : Establish and promote best practices for BW on HANA development, including performance optimization, testing, and deployment.
