As an Assistant Manager-Product Packaging Visual Merchandiser at Homeessentials in Gwalior, you will play a crucial role in creating thoughtfully designed home and lifestyle products with a focus on innovative, functional, and sustainable packaging. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for leading the strategy, design, and execution of packaging across all Homeessentials categories. Collaborating with designers, marketers, and suppliers, you will ensure that every box, label, and detail effectively communicates the brand story while delighting customers and strengthening brand presence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute the overall packaging strategy for all product lines. - Implement various techniques such as flapping, tagging, laminating, wrapping, and hanging to ensure products are display-ready. - Prepare products for retail shelves with clean, durable, and visually attractive packaging. - Ensure packaging designs enhance product visibility and accessibility in stores. - Coordinate with warehouse teams to facilitate smooth product handling, sorting, and flow. - Manage packaging materials, tools, and supplies efficiently. - Oversee packaging design, artwork, and brand communication internally and with agencies. - Drive sustainability initiatives by utilizing recyclable materials and eco-conscious designs. - Manage supplier relationships, production timelines, and cost efficiency. - Ensure compliance with labeling standards and regional packaging regulations. - Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to support seamless product launches. **Qualifications Required:** - 3+ years of experience in packaging development, branding, or design, preferably in home, lifestyle, or FMCG categories. - Strong understanding of packaging materials, print production, and sustainability trends. - Excellent project management and vendor coordination skills. - Proficiency in design and artwork tools such as Adobe Illustrator and ArtiosCAD. - Creative eye with a passion for brand storytelling and consumer experience.
