Stakeholder Collaboration:Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment between product development and business objectives. Risk Management:Understand and mitigate potential risks associated with product development, compliance, and market changes in the B2B financial landscape. Metrics and Analytics:Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize product features and user engagement. Qualifications: 8+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager in the B2B financial services sector. Strong understanding of financial products and services. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, understandable language. Experience in the implementation of integrations with internal and 3rd party client systems Experience with agile development methodologies.
