Job Description

As a Product Owner at MaxelTracker, you will be responsible for leading the roadmap and execution of the AI-powered productivity and employee monitoring platform. Your role involves translating business needs into product features, ensuring seamless execution with engineering, and delivering a world-class SaaS solution that drives adoption and growth. - Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for MaxelTracker. - Translate business and customer requirements into user stories, features, and acceptance criteria. - Work closely with the engineering, design, and QA teams to prioritize and deliver high-impact product releases. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. - Engage with customers, sales, and support teams to gather feedback and continuously improve product experience. - Define and track KPIs and product performance metrics to measure success and guide decision-making. - Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features in alignment with the company's strategic goals. - Act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams. - Stay updated on SaaS trends, employee productivity tools, and compliance requirements to keep MaxelTracker ahead of the curve. - Proven experience (3-6 years) as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a SaaS environment. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management. - Experience in SaaS platforms, B2B productivity tools, or HR/employee monitoring software is a strong plus. - Excellent skills in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation. - Strong analytical mindset with experience in using tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or analytics platforms. - Ability to balance technical understanding with business and customer value prioritization. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
