Job Description

Responsibilities

This position requires individuals to define product strategy and oversee product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle.

Owns, manages, and reports on the product backlog.
Defines product vision.
Manages a product by defining product strategy and overseeing product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle.
Provides domain-specific engineering knowledge for assigned products.
Capably handles multiple tasks and switches from task to task without loss of efficiency.
Mentors individuals in specific areas of expertise.
Gathers and prioritizes product and customer requirements.
Tracks and analyzes new and existing technologies, market trends, and competition to develop product features and requirements.
Interacts with customers and the sales organization to drive product direction and ensure capabilities meet market needs and customer satisfaction goals.
Works closely with development and scrum teams to oversee and approve product designs, enhancements, and quality.
Directs the integration of technical aspects of the product.
