About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Product Owner with over 5 years of experience in product management or business analysis. You will be responsible for defining product requirements, managing the backlog, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer and business needs. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.

Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is visible, transparent, and prioritized.

Write clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to shape intuitive product experiences.

Partner with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and high-quality delivery.

Work with stakeholders to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor insights to drive product innovation.

Participate actively in daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Monitor KPIs, product usage, and business outcomes to refine the roadmap.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, timelines, and budgets.

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, clarifying requirements and managing expectations.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.

Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Skilled in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-functional environment.

Good to Have:

Domain knowledge in Retail, E-commerce, BFSI, Supply Chain, or SaaS.

Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Axure).

Familiarity with data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics).

Certifications like CSPO, PSPO, SAFe PO/PM.

Soft Skills:

Strong decision-making and prioritization abilities.

Excellent negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.

High ownership and accountability.

Ability to influence teams and stakeholders without direct authority.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
