Role: Product Owner 2
The Product Owner is part of the Information Management (IM) function. He/she is responsible for the day to day management of the Monitoring deliveries with support of teams located in the IM Global In-house Centre (GIC). Success of this position will require strong international collaboration with global Airbus teams.
As Product Owner, the person will be accountable for the End to End Business Application delivery, from the first contact with our customer till the full implementation acceptance including management of dependencies,risks, and the support of the other stakeholders in place.
You will be responsible for our product called Core Business for ensuring the success of our business deliveries , for managing and optimizing your product backlog in order to optimize the value of it.
He/She will take care about the good follow up of our deliveries/deliverables by communicating, planning, monitoring, and guiding our team in the right direction.
Qualification Experience:
-
Engineering graduate/post-graduate with 10+ years of experience in developing, delivering and managing IT solutions.

5-8 years of Stakeholder Management experience
-
5-8 years on Project Management (risk, stakeholder, budget, etc.)
-
5-8 years of Business Process Analysis
-
5-8 years of Subcontractor Management experience
-
5-8 years on software/tool development in any technology OR 3-5 years of Application Management
-
Certification in ITIL and Waterfall / Agile/ SAFe project methodologies
-
Experienced in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders transnationally
-
Quality management awareness
-
Technical expertise in Monitoring operational Excellence with tools - Zabbix, Opntext, Splunk, Posthog others
Essential Skills
- Good to have > 5+ years experience in this role or equivalent

Main activities in this position are : -
Plans, implements and manages our Monitoring solutions, by using robust process for customer onboarding appropriate Marketing/Communication skills

Support and participate to Service governance for strategy, design and Process

Be responsible for all development necessary for any component included in your service layer

Takes mitigation action in case of non-fulfilment of agreements

Secure fulfillment of SLAs and OLAs

Leads manages our business deliveries in order to manage our End To End Business features lifecycle, both developing the products and operating them to meet operational SLAs.

Ensures that the known Product Vision is translated into a prioritized Product Backlog in alignment with the business stakeholders.

Establishes two-way-dialogue to translate Business Needs against known technical resource constraints, with the support of other department entities others needed stakeholders.

Ensures the participation of an End User Advocate with understanding of users and use, and a product that best serves both.

Working in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural team responsible for end to end product development (UI builder, admin, developer, architect and scrum master )

Takes proactive action to ensure stable and secure applications and IT infrastructure to avoid potential service disruptions, attending to capacity planning and to information security.

Define and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure the right level of support execution.

Own and manage service delivery OLA/SLA achievement with high level of customer satisfaction. Manage Application Support Delivery Team including responsibility for Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 support.

Provide technical direction, develop and implement procedures and procure tools pertinent to the effective and efficient operation of the service delivery team.

Monitor overall performance of services and timelines.

Prepare, maintain and analyze service reports to address any possible delays/issues before it occurs.

Ability to communicate across the team regardless of organizational boundaries to achieve the goal.

Escalate on time and propose mitigation/corrective action if service delivery is not meeting expectations.

Develop, improve and implement processes with stakeholder agreement to ensure effective information flow to speed up the delivery timelines

Ensuring operations teams are aware of changes and are prepared to perform the delivery as agreed

Investigate customer concerns about service, timeliness and quality.
