🎯 Role Overview

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development for short-term programs, mentorship models, and academic integration.
• Conduct deep market research on skill gaps, student needs, industry demands, and emerging EdTech models.
• Define product roadmaps, MVPs, and program structures with clear learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with content creators, mentors, designers, and tech teams to bring programs to life.
• Run pilot programs to validate product-market fit and user engagement.
• Design scalable models for college and R&D collaboration progra
• Constantly improve the learning experience using user feedback, data, and design thinking.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in EdTech, curriculum design, academic collaboration, deep-tech or education startups.
• Proven ability to design and deploy structured learning programs and/or digital education products.
• Strong research, analytical, and execution skills — must be hands-on and self-driven.
• Comfort with tools like Notion, Airtable, Figma, Trello, Google Workspace, Miro, etc.
• Understanding of NEP, upskilling trends, and innovation in higher education is a strong plus.
• Bonus: Experience working with colleges, R&D labs, or in building education marketplaces.
