Product Owner, DPS Teamcenter

As an experienced Product Owner for the DPS Teamcenter at Danfoss, your role will involve leading PLM Services within Group Digital & IT. You will collaborate with a global team of skilled IT consultants to enhance Teamcenter systems and drive the OnePLM journey. Your responsibilities will include acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the DPS Teamcenter product team, representing stakeholder needs, defining and maintaining a clear, prioritized product backlog, and ensuring continuous refinement of backlog items to reflect evolving priorities and dependencies. Additionally, you will maximize product value by aligning development efforts with strategic business objectives and promote product adoption across the organization through active engagement and advocacy. Your background should include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 10 years of relevant experience in PLM systems, a strong understanding of PLM business processes and related technologies, and prior experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a PLM or digital transformation context. Certified Agile Product Owner or equivalent certification is highly desirable, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across global teams and strong business acumen to align product development with strategic goals.
