Primary Skill-
1. 12+ years of overall experience, with 3+ years as Product Owner/Manager
2. Proven experience with CIAM platforms or identity services
3. Deep understanding of digital authentication( CIAM, IAM,PINGID, FORGE ROCK) methods and compliance standards
4. Strong background in requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and backlog ownership
5. Technical literacy in IAM architecture or security concepts
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Secondary Skill
1. Experience in financial services, regulatory environments, or cybersecurity
2. Hands-on familiarity with IAM protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML)
3. Prior work with identity platforms (e.g., ForgeRock, Okta, Ping, Transmit)
4. Certifications like CSPO, SAFe POPM, CISSP, or equivalent
