Position Overview:

Product Owner

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

• Define and execute the product strategy for

  AtomIQ

  , ensuring alignment with market demands, customer needs, and business goals.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines key milestones, feature enhancements, and market innovations.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business objectives, customer feedback, and data-driven insights.

• End-to-End Product Ownership:

• Lead the end-to-end development and management of AtomIQ, from concept to delivery and ongoing optimization.
• Own all aspects of the product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, product planning, design, development, documentation, release, and customer feedback.
• Ensure that AtomIQ delivers value to customers by driving innovations in warehouse operations, inventory visibility, and supply chain management.

Customer & Market Insights:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and ensure AtomIQ maintains its competitive advantage.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

• Work closely with engineering, UX/UI design, QA, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of product features and updates.
• Align with senior leadership to ensure the product vision is communicated clearly and all teams are working towards common objectives.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and remove roadblocks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality product releases.

Supply Chain

• Ensure that

  AtomIQ

  effectively optimizes Supply chain operations by focusing on core features such as warehouse management, integrations etc.
• Leverage real-time data and metrics to help customers make informed decisions about their supply chain processes.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Utilize data analytics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer feedback to make informed product decisions and optimize product features.
• Analyze supply chain operational data to identify trends, improve product functionality, and deliver actionable insights to customers.

Leadership & Mentorship:

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, analysts, and cross-functional collaborators, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic guidance and oversight to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives.

Product Launch & Post-Launch Support:

• Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring effective communication with internal teams and customers.
• Oversee post-launch activities to address customer concerns, monitor product performance, and ensure continued success.

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience:

• Minimum of

  10+ years

  of experience as a

  Product Owner

  ,

  Product Manager

  , or similar role in a software or technology-focused environment. Extensive experience in

  SaaS

  product management is required.
• Proven experience leading the development and management of

  Cloud Based B2B

  SaaS platforms

• Deep understanding of

Product Management Expertise:

• Expertise in

  Agile methodologies

  (Scrum, Kanban) and managing complex product backlogs.
• Proven ability to translate customer and business needs into actionable product features and deliver results.
• Strong experience with product lifecycle management from ideation through launch and iteration.

Strategic Vision & Leadership:

• Ability to define and communicate a clear product vision and align teams towards common goals.
• Experience working closely with senior leadership to drive strategic product decisions.
• Exceptional leadership skills to mentor, motivate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex data and KPIs to inform product decisions.
• Experience with

Customer & Market Focus:

• Strong customer empathy and experience gathering and analyzing customer feedback to drive product innovation.
• Experience conducting

Technical Acumen:

• Familiarity with enterprise cloud-based solutions (e.g.,

  Oracle Cloud

Preferred Qualifications:
