Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business goals.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Drive product discovery and translate customer needs into actionable requirements.
Oversee API integrations, payment gateway implementations, and ensure compatibility with PSS/CRM systems.
Ensure compliance with PCI DSS and regional regulations.
Analyze customer journeys and leverage data-driven insights to improve UX.
Work closely with design and development teams to deliver intuitive and high-quality user interfaces.

Required Skills:

Domain Knowledge: Loyalty programs, mixed payment (cash + miles), airline/travel systems.
Technical: API integrations, payment gateways, PSS/CRM awareness.
Product Management: Backlog prioritization, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), stakeholder communication.
Analytics UX: Customer journey mapping, data-driven decision-making, intuitive UI design.
Compliance: PCI DSS, regional regulatory standards.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
