• Ensure regulatory compliance (KYC, AML, GDPR, PSD2) throughout the product lifecycle.
• Monitor performance metrics, adoption, and customer satisfaction post-launch.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, legal, and compliance teams for timely delivery.
• Identify opportunities for innovation including AI-driven personalization, open banking APIs, and blockchain solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Computer Science, or related fields (MBA preferred).
• 6+ years of product management experience in banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Proven track record of launching digital banking products (mobile banking, payment systems, lending platforms).
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and product management tools.
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
