Educational Qualification :15 years full time educationTechnical Product Manager cum Product OwnerExperience:8+ yearsResponsibilitiesDefine and prioritize the product roadmap for the observability platformGather requirements from stakeholders (DevOps, SREs, developers)Translate business needs into technical features and user storiesCollaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver featuresMonitor product performance and user feedback to guide iterationsSkills & Experience8+ years in product management, preferably in DevOps or observability tools(Strong understanding of Application Performance Monitoring (APM), infrastructure monitoring, and cloud-native environments (AND/OR)Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Camunda, n8n).Exposure to SAP, BI tools, or LLM-based features.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platformsUnderstanding of multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and DevSecOps practices.________________________________________

You will validate and test ideas through recurrent feedback loops, ensuring that knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes, ultimately leading to a product that resonates with users and meets market demands.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have influencing and advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and align stakeholders.- Continuously assess and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
