Job Description

As a Product Operations Manager at Experian India, you will be responsible for managing all product-related operational activities and sales operations for selective products. Your role will involve working closely with sales, product, and operations teams to define and track key metrics related to revenue and sales. Your analytical skills, proficiency in MIS reporting, and problem-solving abilities will be crucial in aiding the India leadership team to understand and improve the performance of sales teams. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively across sales, products, and operations teams - Define and track key metrics related to revenue and sales - Manage revenue tracking, MIS creation, and automation - Break down processes for transitioning to operations and automation - Drive improvement in existing performance reports and dashboards - Be the subject matter expert on sales reporting and practices - Operationalize and automate critical reports and MIS for sales and billing - Implement key billing processes for SaaS and Data & Analytics Solutions - Monitor data quality standards in the CRM system and ensure compliance - Create reconciliation processes for data solutions and monitor collections - Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement - Facilitate invoicing processes and support forecasting activities - Ensure product SLAs and customer NPS targets are met - Review CRM data for accuracy and participate in annual planning processes - Liaise with regional counterparts to implement best sales practices - Support the rollout of sales initiatives into the India market Qualifications Required: - 12+ years" experience in revenue and sales tracking with KPI success tracking - Understanding of B2B sales processes and key commercial factors - Familiarity with annual revenue planning processes and billing for SaaS solutions - Strong problem-solving skills in revenue tracking and process automation - Excellent communication skills for both individual and group interactions - Data-driven and analytical mindset - Ability to collaborate across multi-team engagements - Professionalism and credibility in internal and external interactions - Exposure to BFSI companies and change projects in large organizations is advantageous,
