We are now looking for a Sr. HR Business Partner to join our high-growth journey and enable our sales-driven teams through impactful people and operations strategies.

What You’ll Do

Partner with PMs to track product performance and adoption.
Build dashboards, reports, and insights in Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio.
Analyze feature rollouts and their impact on user metrics.
Be the glue between data, product, and execution, ensuring smooth operations.
Contribute directly to decisions on what gets built and why and measuring success of features built.

Who You Are

At least 18 months of experience in product ops / data analysis.
Sharp with Excel, SQL basics, Looker Studio, or BI tools.
Strong analytical mindset, curious about how product features create business outcomes.
Ability to not only understand data but also how the data should be read with respect to the product/ the feature and the recent release.
A fast learner who enjoys being hands-on and solving problems in real-time.
