As a Product Onboarding Specialist in a B2B SaaS company, your role is crucial in ensuring successful onboarding of new customers and driving conversions. You will be responsible for conducting live product onboarding calls, customizing demos and walkthroughs based on user needs, and engaging with prospects to address their pain points in real time. Key Responsibilities: - Own the Onboarding Funnel: Conduct live product onboarding calls, engaging prospects and addressing their pain points in real time. - Drive Conversions: Guide trial users towards becoming paid customers by demonstrating how our product solves their challenges. - Tailored Demos & Walkthroughs: Customize onboarding sessions based on user needs, industry, and use case. - Proactive Follow-Ups: Identify drop-offs and engage users with timely follow-ups to re-engage and drive activation. - Sales Alignment: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead qualification and optimize conversion strategies. - User Insights & Feedback Loop: Gather insights from onboarding interactions and collaborate with product teams to enhance user experience. - Documentation & SOPs: Develop structured onboarding workflows, checklists, and knowledge base content to streamline the process. Key Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of experience in a SaaS product company, handling onboarding, product demos, or customer success. - Strong communication and persuasive skills to effectively drive conversions. - Proficiency in using CRM tools, email automation, and customer engagement platforms. - Ability to analyze onboarding success metrics and enhance processes based on data. - Understanding of user psychology and customer decision-making patterns.
