Job Description

As a Growth Strategist at Cartrabbit, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our SaaS products. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Driving critical growth projects by collaborating with various teams such as marketing, product, and engineering. - Taking ownership of the entire marketing funnel to acquire and onboard customers effectively. - Developing go-to-market strategies for our SaaS products from ideation to adoption. - Crafting product positioning that resonates with our niche eCommerce audience. - Creating growth plans that encompass organic, paid, social, video, and email channels. - Collaborating with tech, design, and content teams to launch and scale products successfully. - Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. - Implementing ROI-focused marketing programs to drive customer acquisition and engagement. - Managing performance-driven campaigns across multiple platforms and geographies. - Conducting website and conversion audits and optimizing landing page experiences for better conversion rates. - Partnering with agencies and creators to enhance reach, awareness, and credibility. - Writing compelling, human-centric copy that drives conversions effectively. Qualifications we are looking for in a candidate: - 2-4 years of experience in digital/product marketing, preferably within the SaaS, B2B, or eCommerce domain. - Proficiency in campaign design, user journey mapping, and retention strategies. - A proactive approach with a focus on quick implementation, rapid iteration, and accountability for results. - Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making and growth measurement. - Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams. - Bonus points if you have experience in running campaigns for product launches or managing agency partnerships. You may also get the opportunity to work with various tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, HubSpot, Webflow, SEMrush, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Notion, Slack, and possibly Figma.
