As the Copy Lead at Randstad Digital, you will be responsible for managing a team of 23 members to craft compelling and engaging copy for various media channels such as thought leadership, blogs, web, and email campaigns. Your role involves ensuring brand consistency, storytelling, and creating persuasive content that resonates with the target audience. You will be expected to support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members, as well as coach and mentor existing team members to address performance issues and provide feedback for improvement. Collaborating with Marketing Business Partners, you will design and execute content strategies across 10 countries and five industries to meet strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include interpreting creative briefs, writing and editing marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency, and revising copy based on feedback. You should have a strong command of the English language, be adept at long-form and real-time content creation, and possess excellent editing and proofreading skills. The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of professional copywriting experience, a bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or marketing, and at least 3 years of team leadership experience. A portfolio demonstrating a variety of writing samples is required, and experience in external agencies or in-house corporate settings is preferred. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of B2B content strategies, SEO, and digital distribution to maximize content reach and engagement.
