Job Description

As the Project Owner, you are responsible for ensuring the timely execution of projects by prioritizing them based on business goals and taking ownership to drive successful outcomes. Your role involves coordinating all communications with stakeholders, both internal (design, product, sales, operations) and external (vendors, agencies, partners), acting as a bridge between various teams for effective collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Tasked with ideating and implementing innovative marketing strategies for new and existing products in the area of Product Marketing Management. - Managing marketing content creation, ensuring alignment with brand identity, and overseeing the development of product marketing collaterals such as brochures, user manuals, and trade assets. - Managing and organizing all product marketing assets including images, photos, videos, creatives, infographics, and print-ready files in Creative Asset Management. - Collaborating in New Product Development across import, domestic, and special projects, particularly focusing on projects like the Dolphin series. - Managing design and packaging projects with a meticulous "Maker & Checker" approach to ensure guidelines meet brand, compliance, and print production standards in Design & Packaging Oversight. - Overseeing the quality control process for marketing guidelines, product printing, and packaging. - Maintaining and updating Product Marketing Databases for existing products and new launches. - Leading offline marketing and branding initiatives for trade shows, BTL activations, and point-of-sale visibility as part of Offline Branding Projects. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience in project management, marketing, and product development. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management. - Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across assets. - Knowledge of design principles, packaging standards, and marketing strategies. - Proficiency in organizing and streamlining marketing collaterals and databases. - Ability to lead offline marketing initiatives and incorporate product feedback for future efforts.
