As a Product Marketing Manager at Torrent Electricals, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of newly launched products by conducting market research, developing go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with sales and product management teams. Your responsibilities will include: - Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor movements. Translate insights into actionable strategies. - Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies to enhance profitability, market competitiveness, and customer value alignment. - Product Roadmap, Product Positioning & Strategy: Define product value proposition, differentiation, and messaging aligned with market demands and company objectives. - Go-to-Market Execution: Strategize and execute product launches, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns ensuring timely and effective rollouts with cross-functional coordination. - Scheme Management - Channel & Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end customers. Drive channel marketing programs, trade schemes, exhibitions, and events. - Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, sales growth, and ROI. Provide regular updates and recommendations to the leadership team. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales, R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to align marketing initiatives with business and product development plans. Qualifications required for this role include: - 10+ years of experience in product marketing within the electrical/FMEG industry, with a focus on switches and switchgear. - Proven track record in managing end-to-end marketing strategies and successful product launches. - Expertise in product development, market research, and scheme management. - Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills with proficiency in marketing tools and techniques. - MBA/PGDM in Marketing; Engineering background is preferred.
