About the Role

We are seeking aProduct Marketing Manager (PMM) Education, Indiato shape the growth and success ofK-12 education products and solutionsin the region. This strategic role involves working closely with educators, administrators, students, and internal teams to highlight the value of creativity and digital innovation in education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and analyzecustomer segments, needs, and behaviorsto identify impactful use cases.
  • Develop tailoredmarketing strategies, content, sales collateral, and campaignsfor the education market.
  • Collaborate withK-12 stakeholders(teachers, students, administrators) and cross-functional teams.
  • Manageproduct priorities and campaign executionto drive adoption and engagement.
  • Lead initiatives such ascustomer advisory boards, advocacy programs, and field enablement.
  • Drive adoption throughstrategic initiatives, partnerships, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Measure and reportcampaign performanceusing analytics and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experiencein product marketing, education technology, or related roles.
  • MBA preferredwith strong strategic and analytical skills.
  • Background inEdTech, product management, or marketingwithin schools or enterprise education.
  • Proven track record withresearch-based, data-driven product marketing.
  • Strong expertise incustomer and stakeholder research, persona building, and user testing.
  • Knowledge ofdigital marketing channels, analytics tools, and real-time engagement strategies.
  • Excellentcommunication, project management, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in creating impactfulfield enablement and marketing collateral.
