Product Marketing Manager - Atlassian Products

As a Product Marketing Manager at SmartBear, you will play a crucial role in showcasing the value of Zephyr and QTM4J as leading test management solutions in Jira and enablers of AI-powered test automation with SmartBear AI. Your responsibilities will include driving product adoption, leading feature launches, refining product positioning, and creating marketing content that highlights the differentiated value of SmartBear solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Drive cross-functional go-to-market plans for Zephyr and QTM4J feature releases and product initiatives - Define product and feature messaging targeting QA engineers, testing team leaders, and technical decision-makers - Equip sales and channel teams with effective messaging, battlecards, and competitive positioning for success in the Atlassian ecosystem - Create technical and business-oriented marketing content demonstrating ROI and best practices in Jira-native test management and automation - Define and track success metrics for product adoption and customer value realization - Develop compelling customer case studies and use cases across industries and team sizes - Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and Atlassian marketplace teams to align strategy and execution - Monitor competitors in the Atlassian Marketplace and shape differentiation strategies Basic Qualifications: - 6+ years of professional marketing experience in B2B technology - Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and software testing practices, with the ability to translate these concepts for various audiences - Proven ability to develop positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies for enterprise software products - Experience driving cross-functional marketing programs from concept to launch - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts effectively Preferred Qualifications: - Experience marketing Atlassian ecosystem apps, developer tools, or software testing solutions - Background in software development, QA/testing, or related technical fields - Competitive analysis skills with experience positioning against similar tools in crowded markets - Track record of successful SaaS or marketplace-based product launches - Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability - Experience working with solution partners and channel-based B2B buying cycles At SmartBear, we value your growth and success at every level.
