Job Description

Job Title: Product Marketing (REO): Lighting Job Location: Havells Head Office-Noida Reporting Manager: Business Unit Head KRAs: Responsible for proposing Go-to-Market (GTM) to maximize sales & profitability Research competitor strategy- Price, schemes, products positioning and make winning strategies accordingly Use market research data to establish product pricing, propose product positioning to maximize the top line & bottom line. Make a 3-year road map Development of new products for REO with development/engineering teams, MARCOM, SCM team & factories teams by adhering to timeliness and deadlines Obtain insights into customers usage of current products, untapped opportunities & buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data Create a USP for a product Communicate the value of new product to the sales team along with a suggestive sales pitch Review inventory levels and ensure product availability Coordinates with Sales, Marcom, Service for better performance of products launched Job Specifications: MBA in Sales & Marketing with 5-12 years of experience in Product Marketing (preferably in lighting product category / having worked in similar industry or FMCD) Analytical and problem-solving ability Financial acumen-understanding of P&L Foresightedness Good planning & execution Agility and speed in decision making
