Job Description

This internship is a hands on project to increase awareness, adoption and market understanding of Cashfree s cross border payments. The intern will take ownership of research, data analysis, campaign execution, and reporting initiatives, delivering insights and outcomes that directly inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies for international markets.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

1. Market Research, Data Mining & Competitor Intelligence

Conduct structured research and data mining on potential merchants, industries, regions, and competitors.
Build a market intelligence repository capturing customer segments, trends, and competitor offerings.
Deliver actionable insights and reports that identify high-potential opportunities.

2. Campaign Execution & Awareness Building

Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns designed to increase awareness and adoption of cross-border payment solutions.
Track campaign performance, maintain CRM and sales enablement data, and support timely follow-ups.
Create campaign assets and tailored content for multiple audience segments, with measurable outcomes.

3. Analysis, Reporting & Recommendations

Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and research projects using defined KPIs.
Deliver performance reports with insights and recommendations to optimise marketing efforts and improve adoption metrics.

A comprehensive market and competitor intelligence repository covering multiple regions and industries.
Executed campaigns with measurable impact on awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Actionable insights and recommendations that directly inform product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and growth initiatives.

Good to Have:

Fresher - 2025 passout ~ MBA / BBA / B.com
Experience in FinTech / Technology organizations - Internship in Marketing / Product Marketing before
Experience in startup ecosystem or a product/Technology driven organization
