Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the

  product growth roadmap

  for the recruitment website, focusing on user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Analyze

  user behavior, conversion funnels, and traffic metrics

  to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with

  engineering, design, and marketing teams

  to implement new features, improve UX/UI, and optimize conversion rates.
• Conduct

  competitor analysis

  and market research to identify trends in IT recruitment platforms and leverage insights to stay ahead.
• Manage

  A/B testing, SEO optimization, and performance analytics

  to continuously improve engagement.
• Work closely with the

  sales and marketing teams

  to align product features with business objectives and customer needs.
• Define, track, and report

  KPIs

  such as user growth, engagement rates, and conversion efficiency.
• Prioritize and manage the

  product backlog

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in

  Computer Science, Business, Marketing

• 36 years of experience as a

  Product Manager

  recruitment, job portals, or HR tech platforms

  .
• Strong understanding of

  web analytics tools

  (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc.).
• Experience with

  growth hacking, SEO, UX optimization

  , and

  user lifecycle management

  .
• Proven ability to

  translate business goals into actionable product plans

  .
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
