Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision:

  Develop and execute both short-term and long-term product roadmaps that align with company goals. You will work directly with our Product Lead and Founders to ensure product initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.

• Market & User Research:

  Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities. You'll engage directly with enterprise customers to gather feedback and understand their pain points, defining user personas and use cases for B2B enterprise scenarios. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, especially within the AI/ML space.

• Product Development:

  Drive the product development lifecycle by defining clear requirements and success metrics. You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions, prioritizing features based on customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing. You will build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers throughout the product lifecycle and facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Performance Tracking & Iteration:

  Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success. You will leverage data analytics and product metrics to drive decision-making and monitor user engagement to identify areas for improvement.

• Go-to-Market Strategy:

  Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and drive successful product launches and adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience:

  3-5 years of professional experience in a Product Management role, with a proven track record of successful end-to-end product execution and demonstrable business impact.

• Technical Acumen:

  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. A strong technical background is required to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.

• Client Management:

  Proven experience in customer-facing roles and enterprise client relationship management.

• Communication:

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Technical Skills:

  Experience with product analytics tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B enterprise software product development.
• Experience working with AI/ML products or features.
• Knowledge of UX design principles and best practices.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and build consensus across multiple teams.
