Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading a multi-member engineering team to deliver end-to-end software solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, well-versed in the full software development lifecycle using Agile and Scrum methodologies. You will have a passion for staying at the forefront of AI tooling and be comfortable leveraging low-code/no-code platforms when necessary for rapid delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of software solutions, from conceptualization and design through to deployment and maintenance. Champion Agile and Scrum methodologies, ensuring efficient project execution, continuous improvement, and timely delivery. Architect and develop robust, scalable, and high-quality full-stack applications. Stay current with emerging AI tools and technologies, integrating them into the development process to enhance productivity and innovation. Evaluate and implement low-code/no-code platforms where appropriate to accelerate solution delivery without compromising quality. Collaborate closely with clients, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Drive technical excellence, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices in software development. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing expert guidance to the team. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and technology stack. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record in full-stack development. Demonstrable experience leading and mentoring software development teams. Strong proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies. Solid understanding of the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience with a variety of programming languages and frameworks Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. A proactive and adaptable mindset with a passion for learning and implementing new technologies. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a relevant field. Experience working in a software consulting environment. Proven experience in leveraging AI tools and platforms to assist in software development. Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code development platforms . Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
