Product Manager – Tile Adhesive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the
P&L for the Tile Adhesive category
, ensuring growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
Drive business through an extensive
dealer and distributor network
pan-India.
Lead
business development activities
with key influencers:
civil contractors, tile masons, painters, and engineers
.
Plan and implement retailer engagement and site demonstration initiatives to boost usage and visibility.
Conduct
market research
to identify customer needs and launch new products accordingly.
Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Sales to execute
new product development (NPD)
initiatives.
Design and execute
Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies
, promotional campaigns, and pricing models.
Analyze competitor activities and market trends to develop actionable insights and product enhancements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

10–15 years of relevant experience in
Product Management, Marketing
, or
Business Development
, preferably in
tile adhesives, construction chemicals, building materials, or paint industry
.
Experience in managing influencer-driven sales channels (masons, contractors, fabricators, etc.).
Strong understanding of
channel sales, dealer-distributor models
, and retail execution.
Exposure to
New Product Development
based on market insights.
Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
