Product Manager -Technology

Role & responsibilities

• Serve as the key point of coordination

  with partner Product Managers to align feature planning and execution

• Create and maintain product roadmaps

  driven by strategic vision and realistic engineering capacity

• Translate business needs into detailed product and functional requirements

  for complex capabilities

• Leverage user insights, behavioral data, and market research

  to guide feature enhancements and optimizations

• Collaborate with Design teams

  to ensure intuitive, consistent, and brand-aligned user experiences

• Partner with engineering teams

  to deliver scalable, flexible, and future-ready solutions

• Work closely with QA teams

  to validate that releases meet defined standards and expectations

• Gather user feedback and clearly communicate product updates and value

• Ensure products are built for global and multi-device use

Required skills

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience

  in product ownership, product strategy, or comparable roles, with a strong focus on delivering reliable and scalable solutions

• Well-versed in user behavior, UX principles, visual design, and qualitative/quantitative research practices

• Highly data-driven

  , capable of interpreting complex datasets and drawing actionable insights from diverse inputs

• Experienced in creating precise and well-structured functional and technical documentation

  that aligns engineering and business teams

• Proven ability to partner effectively with internal stakeholders

  across engineering, design, business, and operations to shape product direction

• Successfully led multiple initiatives end-to-end
