Deep experience in building cloud-native applications in containerized environments (preferably using Kubernetes and AWS ). Strong background in CI/CD pipelines and a solid test automation mindset . Excellent communication and written skills , with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across global teams , including senior leadership. Capable of effectively managing distributed teams and operating in fast-paced, highly regulated environments . Must have Previous experience in the Life Sciences industry . Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) , particularly LabVantage . Understanding of regulated environments , including standards such as HIPAA .
