Software Engineer(Full Stack)

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy complex, distributed systems that operate with lightning speed, handling over a billion requests daily. This is a unique opportunity to work on applications with a global reach and immense user impact.
• Collaborate with seasoned experts to devise innovative strategies and solutions that solve complex problems.

• Take full ownership of the software development lifecycle, from initial design and coding to deployment and maintenance in a fast-paced CI/CD environment.

Required skills

• A Masters degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of experience, or a Bachelors degree in Computer Science with 10+ years of experience
• You have 7+ years of experience building large-scale distributed web platforms/APIs, with 5+ years as an architect or technical lead where you were responsible for the end-to-end product scope across multiple domains.
• Proven ability to create, drive, and execute a technical strategy and roadmap. You know how to make balanced trade-offs that support long-term goals without sacrificing immediate needs.
• You excel at aligning key stakeholders and engineering teams around a cohesive technical direction, using clear documentation like Architectural Decision Records (ADRs) to navigate ambiguous challenges.
• A passion for improving team velocity and code quality, with demonstrated experience developing and driving the adoption of technical best practices across an organization.
• Deep, end-to-end system design knowledge, from front-end JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular) to backend services (GraphQL/REST APIs), messaging systems, databases (RDBMS/NoSQL), and containerized infrastructure. Hands-on experience with GraphQL is highly preferred.
• A track record of independently leading complex technical initiatives across multiple teams, from initial concept to successful launch and delivery.
