Job Description

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Own product roadmap for internal and client-facing software platforms
Translate business and operations needs into PRDs and user stories
Work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver features
Prioritize backlog based on business impact, usability, and scalability
Track product adoption, performance metrics, and user feedback
Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decisions
Ensure timely delivery and high-quality releases

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
4–8 years experience as a Product Manager or similar role
Experience with SaaS, logistics tech, fleet, or operations platforms preferred
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum product development
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work with data, dashboards, and basic analytics

Preferred:

Experience in EV, mobility, or last-mile delivery platforms
Exposure to GPS, telematics, driver apps, or route optimization systems
