Key Responsibilities

  • Provide

    postGo Live support

    for HRMS applications.
  • Monitor, prioritize, and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to ensure seamless system performance.
  • Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and support processes.
  • Identify recurring issues and propose process or system improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and client requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage ticket queues and meet SLA commitments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with

    SQL

    (preferred).
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools and support processes.
