Key Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, planning, and execution to strengthen SIP Abacus's market position.
• Conduct

  market research

  and

  data analysis

  to identify growth opportunities and refine product differentiation.
• Collaborate with

  marketing and research agencies

  to design and implement impactful campaigns.
• Build and drive

  brand awareness

  through digital and offline channels.
• Manage

  category performance

  , tracking KPIs and optimizing demand creation strategies.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Develop and deliver

  insightful presentations

  to leadership on product performance and customer insights.

Qualifications

• Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (B.Tech / equivalent).

• MBA (Marketing)

  from a Tier-1 or other reputed institution.

• Experience:

• 710 years

  of total professional experience.

• 57 years

  of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in education or consumer products.
• Proven experience working with marketing and research agencies.
• Team leadership experience preferred.

  Chennai, India

• Reports To:

  Director SIP Abacus

• Languages:

  English (fluent), Tamil & Hindi desirable

• Travel:

  PAN India, approximately 45 days per month

• Compensation:

  ?25 LPA (excluding variable pay, gratuity, insurance, etc.)
