Job Description

We are looking for a product leader to drive strategic product areas that shape the direction of the entire organization. This role demands a deep understanding of product thinking, cross-functional execution, and team leadership. You will collaborate closely with senior executives to define strategic priorities, shape high-level product roadmaps, and enable teams to deliver effectively. This is an opportunity for a hands-on product leader with strong business acumen and a passion for building and scaling impactful products.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the long-term product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing product team to deliver high-quality products with clear ownership and accountability.
  • Translate strategic goals into clear product roadmaps, driving prioritization and execution across multiple initiatives.
  • Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver products that meet customer needs and business targets.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies to guide product direction and inspire innovation.
  • Foster ideation, experimentation, and process improvements to deliver high-quality products on time and identify new business opportunities.
  • Decide when to invest, pivot, or sunset products based on performance and strategic fit.
  • Monitor product performance using key metrics, and take action to optimize adoption, retention, and revenue impact.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in leading product verticals and cross-functional initiatives.
  • 8+ years of product management experience, spanning strategy and execution.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience in establishing product development frameworks and improving processes.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to assess market opportunities and make strategic trade-offs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent; MBA is preferred.
