Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Organic Traffic & Growth Hacks

  • Build web traffic organically through SEO, content strategies, and other growth tactics
  • Develop and optimize landing pages and lead generation forms for content distribution
  • Plan and execute A/B testing to improve conversion rates
  • Identify the digital marketing growth hacks and implement

Campaign Management & Lead Lifecycle

  • Design and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns from lead generation to lead conversion.
  • Collaborate with tele-calling and sales teams to nurture leads through the funnel until closure.
  • Track and enhance online business performance by coordinating closely with the sales team.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Monitor, analyse and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Leverage data insights to drive decision-making, improve process efficiency, and reduce Cost of Acquisition (COA).
  • Develop models to enhance operational excellence and marketing ROI.

Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Product Launches

  • Conceptualize and execute Go-To-Market strategies for new product launches, including communication plans, awareness campaigns and performance marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless product rollouts and alignment with overall business goals.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify digital trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
  • Identify new business opportunities, white spaces, and potential growth areas in ecommerce and digital partnerships.

Alliances & Partnerships

  • Manage online alliances and conduct joint campaigns to increase brand visibility, leads, and conversions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and cross-functional teams.

Product & App Marketing

  • Manage product development workflows using collaboration tools such as Jira and product strategies and updates via platforms like Confluence.
  • Enable new digital channels and product offerings to support business
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for the mobile app, including download growth, engagement, and retention initiatives.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with design, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and customer experience across touchpoints.
  • Align marketing initiatives with sales objectives to enhance revenue impact.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the BFSI sector.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, product, and paid marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience in project and campaign management, handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Expertise in online fulfilment, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization.
  • Strategic mindset with proven ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
