Product Manager - Research & Development

We are looking to hire a Research and Development Product Manager with over 5 years of experience for our location at Inforpark, Kochi, Kerala. As a part of the Research & Development department, you will be responsible for establishing and leading a new unit within our company. Your primary role will involve acting as a liaison between the headquarters and the local development team to ensure that products are developed in alignment with strategic objectives, technical standards, and market demands. Your responsibilities will include defining and communicating the product vision, translating HQ requirements into actionable tasks, identifying opportunities for innovation, and driving team collaboration and accountability. You will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring high-quality and timely product delivery while also managing stakeholder relationships and balancing business needs with technical feasibility. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in software, digital products, or SaaS environments. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as a deep understanding of software development processes, agile methodologies, and cloud technologies. Preferred qualifications include experience managing distributed teams, knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI and data analytics, and a background in scaling SaaS or mobile app products internationally.
