Role & responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and feasibility
Requirements & Execution
- Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Own the product backlog and work closely with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ensure timely and high-quality product releases
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a key liaison between business, technology, design, sales, marketing, and support teams
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive and user-centric product experiences
- Communicate product updates, priorities, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders
Customer & Market Focus
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Support go-to-market activities including product positioning, launches, and enablement
- Work with sales and customer success teams to address client needs and improve adoption
Performance & Optimization
- Define and track product KPIs such as adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue impact
- Continuously evaluate product performance and iterate based on data and insights
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term product sustainability
Preferred candidate profile
Product & Business Skills
- Strong understanding of product management frameworks and best practices
- Experience in roadmap planning, prioritization, and lifecycle management
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage trade-offs effectively
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Comfort working with engineering teams and understanding technical constraints
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with experience using product analytics tools
Behavioral & Leadership Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a bias for action
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
