As a Product Manager for Payments & Fraud at McAfee, you will play a key role in building secure, seamless, and scalable payment and risk mitigation solutions. You will work closely with engineering, design, data science, and global stakeholders to shape the roadmap, define requirements, and deliver high-impact features that drive business growth, improve payment reliability, and enhance customer trust.
You will support global payments optimization and fraud prevention initiatives, ensuring McAfee s billing and transaction experiences are customer-friendly, complaint, and optimized for performance. This is a Hybrid position located in Bangalore. You will be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis, typically 1 to 6 times a month. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
About The Role:
- Define and own product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for features spanning payments, billing, fraud prevention, and dispute management.
- Collaborate with global engineering, business and design teams to drive execution across the full product lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
- Scope use cases and define delivery phases in alignment with technical feasibility and business goals.
- Partner with global and local stakeholders to deliver and support payment methods like UPI, Net Banking, credit/debit cards, wallets etc.
- Working with third-party vendors including PSPs and other payment ecosystem partners.
- Support A/B testing, user testing, and iterative product improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Work with data and cross-functional teams to understand product performance, including payment success rates and fraud trends, and help identify areas for continuous improvement.
About You
- Overall 8+ years of professional experience, with a minimum of 4 years as a Product Manage r preferably in payments, fintech, eCommerce, or financial services sectors.
- Experience working on customer-facing products with measurable business impact.
- Strong understanding of digital payments, billing flows, fraud controls, and payment lifecycle management.
- Experience working with or integrating payment service providers (PSPs), payment gateways, and fraud vendors is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with comfort in working with data, KPIs, and experimentation (A/B testing, funnel analysis).
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to ship high-quality features on time.
- Familiarity with mobile and web product development cycles , agile processes, and stakeholder management.
