Role Overview

Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

product roadmap

•      Translate business needs and customer feedback into detailed product requirements

•      Use data to prioritize product features and continuously optimize UX, UI, and flows

KPIs

•      Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA to ship product improvements and new features

•      Coordinate closely with marketing and customer support teams to align product releases with campaigns and feedback

•      Support A/B testing and personalization experiments on both web and app

Requirements

•      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Firebase

•      Understanding of UI/UX best practices and user behavior on mobile and web platforms

•      Ability to define clear PRDs, wireframes (basic), and user stories

•      Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology

•      Basic understanding of AI/ML use cases in consumer products (e.g., chatbot, recommendation engines)

•      Excellent communication and collaboration skills

•      Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

Nice to Have

•      Experience working in a fitness, wellness, or health-tech environment

•      Exposure to tools like Figma, JIRA, Notion, or similar for product planning
