Job Description

As a Product Manager at Lenskart, you will be responsible for managing the company's products to ensure alignment with short-term tactical and long-term strategic goals. You will collaborate with a team of engineers, content writers, animators, and designers to successfully release the product multiple times. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and own the product roadmap for Lenskart's Singapore business across online platforms such as the app, mobile site, and desktop. - Work closely with Retail store product and supply chain products teams in India to drive global consistency and regional innovations for the Singapore market. - Manage online revenue by implementing necessary app and web configuration changes related to category, merchandising, sorting, pricing, offers, and campaigns. - Take charge of the product funnel (traffic and conversion) and revenue funnel (quantity, average order value, returns) for the online business. - Enhance customer experience (NPS) for the online business. Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of product management or category management experience is required for this role. - This is an individual contributor (IC) role, and the candidate will collaborate with teams in India and other international markets to drive online revenue. In this role, you will be based in India (Gurgaon or Bengaluru) with frequent travel to Singapore and Thailand.,
