Product Manager - IT Infrastructure

Role Overview: As the Senior Product Manager for IT Infrastructure, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and delivery of IT products. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions meet customer needs and align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy, defining the vision, goals, and roadmap for IT services including Cloud, Data centers, Digital workplace solutions, and Managed network services. - Align product objectives with business goals to address market demands and customer pain points effectively. - Collaborate with key stakeholders across business, engineering, experience, and delivery teams to co-create and own the product vision. - Work with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality IT solutions. - Utilize deep understanding of data centers, cloud technologies, digital workplace solutions, and managed network services to guide product development and ensure best practices are followed. - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as executives, product teams, and sales teams. - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to inform product direction and engage directly with customers to ensure products meet market needs. - Plan and execute successful product launches, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive adoption and revenue. - Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, analyze performance data, gather customer feedback, and iterate on product features for continuous improvement. - Lead the end-to-end product development process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget by coordinating with cross-functional teams and utilizing project management tools. Qualification Required: - 12+ years of experience in a senior product management role, with a strong background in IT services including cloud, data centers, digital workplace solutions, and managed network services. - Experience in IT infrastructure and services, with knowledge of cloud technologies, data centers, networking, and digital transformation. - Exposure to shared services or platform-based services is an added advantage. - Strong project management skills demonstrated by successful launches and deliveries of IT products. - Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire cross-functional teams towards achieving product goals and business objectives. - Experience in developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - Analytical abilities to analyze data, measure KPIs, and apply insights for improving product performance and driving business results. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering) required, MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.,
