Job Title: Product Manager Loan Against Property (Secured) Location: Noida / Delhi NCR Company: Our client - Direct payroll Experience: 8 to 12 years (with 4 years in secured lending) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are hiring a Product Manager to handle our Loan Against Property (Secured) portfolio. You will be responsible for end-to-end product management from strategy and system rollouts to driving business growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Loan Against Property (LAP) product across locations Plan and execute strategies to grow the business Work with sales teams to run campaigns and incentives Coordinate with IT and Operations for product development and releases Ensure smooth product rollouts and training Monitor product performance and make improvements Maintain profitability and control costs What Were Looking For: Graduate or Postgraduate with 812 years of experience At least 4–5 years in secured lending (preferably LAP) Good understanding of lending products and processes Strong coordination, project management, and decision-making skills Ability to work with multiple teams like Sales, IT, Risk, and Operations
