About the Role

Industry 4.0 Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the

  Industry 4.0 roadmap

  in alignment with global business strategy.
• Lead initiatives in

  AI/ML-driven predictive maintenance, process automation, and digital twins

  .
• Drive

  IoT adoption

  including sensor integration, real-time monitoring, and data-driven insights.
• Oversee

  SCADA system integrations

  with existing ERP, MES, and automation systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, engineering, IT, and operations) to ensure product success.
• Conduct

  proof-of-concepts (POCs)

  and pilot projects to validate business impact before scaling.
• Identify opportunities for

  cost optimization, efficiency gains, and safety improvements

  .
• Stay up to date with

  emerging Industry 4.0 technologies, standards, and best practices

  .

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in

  Product Management, Digital Transformation, or Industrial Automation

  .
• Hands-on expertise in

  AI/ML model development, IoT platforms, and industrial automation

  .
• Strong understanding of

  SCADA systems, PLCs, industrial protocols, and control systems

  .
• Experience working with

  ERP/MES systems

  in a manufacturing context.
• Proficiency in

  data analytics, edge computing, and cloud-based solutions

  .
• Strong leadership and ability to

  manage stakeholders across technical and business functions

  .

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters in Engineering, Computer Science, or Electronics.
• Certification in

  AI/ML, IoT, Industry 4.0, or Digital Manufacturing

  .
• Experience in

  global manufacturing environments

  is highly desirable.
