Product Manager

Job Summary:

• A Product Manager oversees the development, launch, and continuous improvement of products, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.
• This role bridges business, technology, and user experience, guiding cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Priorities features and manage product backlogs using agile methodologies.
• Develop product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
• Monitor product performance, analyse data, and drive continuous improvements.
• Communicate product updates and strategy to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with UK and EU regulations, including data protection (GDPR).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with product management tools (JIRA, Aha!, Trello, or Asana).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in digital products, SaaS, or technology sectors preferred.
