Product Manager

You will define and communicate a compelling product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities. Collaborating closely with designers and engineers, you will translate the product vision into tangible features and experiences. Leading the development and execution of UI/UX strategies will be crucial in creating seamless and intuitive user journeys. Furthermore, you will work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to understand user feedback and ensure that the product aligns with business goals. Tracking and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) will enable you to analyze data and optimize product performance. Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies is essential to inform product development decisions. You will also present the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders, including senior management and potential investors. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Product Management, User Experience Design, Computer Science, or a related field. With 3-5 years of experience in product management, you should demonstrate a successful track record of developing and managing complex design projects. Proficiency in Adobe tools, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and Figma is required, along with a strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices. Experience with Agile methodologies, cross-functional team collaboration, and conducting user research to translate insights into actionable product requirements is essential. Strong communication and presentation skills, along with a data-driven and analytical mindset, are key attributes for this role. Having a portfolio of professional UI/UX work for both web and mobile platforms is highly advantageous, as well as experience with Retail or any SaaS platforms.
